Scope Of Work
Greer Middle College (GMC) is a 48,000SF design build project that Triangle Construction completed in a total of 18 months, including design. GMC is designed to be efficient to design, efficient to construct, and to also fit into the current campus architecture at Greenville Tech – Benson Campus. The project features an open dining area as well as open covered porches overlooking a preserved wooded area. The building houses classrooms for 425 students and includes science classrooms and a multi-purpose room.
