Scope Of Work
Located in Simpsonville, SC, Brashier Middle College is a 64,000 SF Design Build project with Freeman & Major Architects. Design began in April of 2008 and the school was student ready by July 15th 2009. The construction duration was approximately 11 months from grading to completion. The new facility features over 20 classrooms, a very open circulation in the common areas and cafeteria, and a college size gymnasium complete with locker rooms.
