standing seam metal roof system
combination of metal panels, concrete block, and brick veneer at exterior walls
additions contain following:
a packaging area
machine shop
toilet rooms
5,700 ft2 warehouse with loading dock and a 1,700 ft2 open mezzanine.
Site improvements includes:
a new septic system with pump tank and disposal field
a storm water detention basin
landscaping
