Scope Of Work
After store in Denville was heavily damaged by a fire, ETD needed economic solutions to problems of reconstruction and delivery of creative design to enhance facility within constraints of existing site. reconstruction consisted of:
removal of existing floor slabs and replaced with new slabs
pre-engineered steel building frame was employed to reconstruct a portion of building
standing seam metal roof system
complex interior fit up with new mechanical systems

paving
curbs
sidewalks
landscaping
site lighting
