Scope Of Work

34,000 square foot renovation. Two existing tenants remained in operation during construction. Project contains  following:

gutting of  existing building interior including removal of  hardwood bowling alleys and  pin setting machines

facade is finished with synthetic stucco, quarry tile, aluminum and glass

tension-supported canopy

membrane roof was installed over the existing timber bow truss roof structure

two towers were constructed with metal roofs

interior fit-up work was completed for two tenant

demising walls for three additional tenants

entrance and large window openings were provided for New York Sports Club, who now occupies 25,000 ft2 of the building

Site work includes:

underground utilities

storm drainage system modifications

sidewalks

paving of the parking lot
