Renovation of an existing 58,000 SF supermarket beginning with a completely gutted out space to construct a new 99 Ranch Market Supermarket.Construction consists of:
Partition wall, valance wall and ceiling construction for all new departments and food preparation areas
New HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers and refrigeration systems
New electrical power and lighting systems
Finishes including polished concrete floors, ceramic tile floors and walls, and paint.
Storefront glazing and automatic entry doors.
