Scope Of Work
The Roseburg National Cemetery Phase 1A was a 20 acre development consisting of the development of new roads, curbs, walks, storm systems, irrigation system and retention pond, a Public Information Center and restroom building, a new committal shelter used to hold services, a Design/Build vehicle bridge at the main entrance, columbarium court and burial grounds which included the placement of over 1,500 precast concrete burial crypts.
