Scope Of Work
Originally constructed in 1976 this buildings had succumbed to the environment and the elements. The panels were severely rusted or missing and the secondary structural steel was corroded to the point that the structural integrity had been compromised. This project involved removing all of the panels, trim and flashing, along with all of the roof purlins and wall girts. The new girts and purlins used were pre-galvanized in order to better handle the conditions at the mine site and all of the panels, trim and flashings were replaced. The roof panels under the conveyor were replace using 24 gauge stainless steel PBR panels.
