Scope Of Work
Small stand-alone Ground up medical office and Tenant Finish and clinical practice in a retail development. 6000 SF
The main challenges were the constraints of the project site and the soils in the area. the soils were extremely expansive calling for a structural floor and caissons. The building project was phased in order to get the client installed into his business and generating revenue as soon as possible. the second phase was completed one year later to increase the size of his practice once he was established in the new facility.
