Scope Of Work
Facade redevelopment at a tired old retail center. The Flatiron church had turned this building into their offices and headquarters for staff. In the front of the building, the retail areas needed a revitalization. Milo was chosen for its extensive experience in commercial remodel and redevelopment.
Working with the architect, City of Lafayette and the client we developed a schedule and process for delivering the remodel while businesses stayed open and the public stayed safe.
Milo Also started two projects on the interior of the building at the same time and coordinated the subcontractors to work on all aspects of the project.
