Scope Of Work
Historic Remodel / State Historic Fund Project: Cupola re-creation, structural framing, foundation, re pointing, and extensive masonry repair. We faced a variety of challenges in this building, which can be found in the heart of Boulder. The exterior of the building is landmarked, so it could not be altered and had to be restored to the Department of Interior and State of Historic Fund standards. The entire floor, foundation and roof structure were compromised and had to be rebuilt. The masonry stabilization alone was over 2 months of the project.
