Mr. Patterson brings over 20 years of project management leadership
to Fendler Patterson clients. With background in both design and
construction, John can guide your project from preliminary site
planning through city approvals, construction, and issuance of your
Certificate of Occupancy.
Mr. Fendler is second generation owner who learned the construction industry starting as a laborer and working his way up to President. He has served the Savage community through roles in Junior Chamber, Chamber of Commerce, and City Council, including three terms as Mayor
Mr. Haskins is a former veteran who served dealing with many aspects
of heavy equipment. Additionally, he holds a degree in Bachelor of
Science, Construction Management and has been involved with
construction related careers since 2002.
With extensive experience in all phases of the construction process,
Mr. Monson can manage projects through design, permitting,
construction, and Certificate of Occupancy. He takes pride in
delivering projects within budget, on schedule, and to the owner’s
complete satisfaction.
