Scope Of Work

Powers & Sons provided general contracting services for the interior build-out of 18,000 square feet on the 11th floor at 190 S. LaSalle Street, in downtown Chicago. The space included offices and conference rooms with glass walls, server room, wellness room, break room/kitchenette, restrooms, and large open, office space for cubicles. The project included the construction of the first private restroom on the floor, which required special coordination with the building engineer, building manager, and subcontractors. The design featured high-end finishes including wood casework, glass tile, flooring, and fixtures. The construction schedule for the project was 56 days.
