Cleveland Avenue, on 222 N. Canal Street in Chicago, Illinois, features a 33,000 SF state-of-the-art restaurant training facility launched by Former McDonald’s CEO, Don Thompson. Powers & Sons was the General Contractor for the first floor conversion into a restaurant, meeting space, a test kitchen, and two bar areas. Cleveland Avenue is the ultimate place to screen, develop and fine-tune restaurant, food and beverage concepts for scale and profitability. Cleveland Avenue’s mission is to foster growth for new generation of remarkable restaurant, food tech and beverage companies.
