Scope Of Work
This 16-acre park built for the City of Thornton includes multi-purpose sports fields. As the CM/GC for the Community Park, Hall-Irwin self-performed the utilities, landscaping, irrigation, site furnishings, detention ponds, and sports lighting. The project consists of multi-purpose sports fields, parking, access roads, trails, concrete sidewalks, shelters, restrooms, concessions building, utilities, landscape, irrigation, site furnishings, detention ponds, and sports lightings.
We built and under-drain system and aggregate field base for the synthetic sports fields. We also constructed picnic shelters, a masonry building for concession and restrooms, and pedestrian bridges. This project was completed in 314 working days.
