Bill Taylor's Bio
Bill Taylor is the President and director of Special Projects for
Commercial Construction Group, LLC with over 35 years’ experience in
the industry. Bill benefits the clients by acting as a construction
liaison, providing direct communication with all services associated
with construction including tenant improvements and new construction.
Before staring at Commercial Construction Group 21 years
ago, Bill held many positions in the construction industry. These
positions involved facility management, new shell construction and
tenant finish. These various responsibilities taught him the
importance of setting client expectations.
Bill says "I had the good fortune of working at Duke
Realty Investment during a time of great growth. Later I became VP of
Construction at Hunt Builders. The time at these firms showed me the
importance of surrounding our company with good people. Our employees
and subcontractors speak volumes about our company."
Over the last 21 years CCG's client base has consisted of
National clients, local and national developers, both commercial and
retail. Bill loves Cincinnati and feels blessed to be part of its
development and growth. He raised two sons there and has 6
grandchildren. His son has gotten the project manager “bug” also. And
so it goes on… Commercial Construction Group, the next generations!

Kathleen Taylor's Bio
My background is in Design and Photography from Miami University of
Ohio. After a few winters in Oxford I sometimes wished I had chosen
Miami of Florida. Spring break to Florida had to suffice. Many don’t
know I am also a painter/illustrator, it is my passion. Painting kids
and dogs is my favorite!
I worked for Henderly Design Studio in Montgomery, Ohio right
out of school, as a lead designer. I worked hand in hand with our
clients to achieve their design goals. The results were Beautiful and
Functional! It was there that my boss Harry Henderly got me involved
with the Montgomery Sidewalk Art Show. My love of art must show! I
started as his co- chairman for 2 years and Chairman for 9 years. I
was exposed to quite a bit of photography with the show (no pun
intended, exposed). This later lead me to become a photographer for 3
years… shooting groups, sports, proms, first communions and yearbook candids.
One day my husband came home and announced that he was starting
his own business and asked me to jump on board. I was honored to
become one of the first woman owned Construction companies in
Cincinnati. We have never looked back……full speed ahead for Commercial
Construction Group. I love it, using my design and photography as we
build out beautiful spaces throughout Cincinnati. Does it get any
better? I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their
dreams of their new office space!
Staying informed on new and trending products for building and
finishes is just icing on the cake. We love bringing them to you!

Tanner McElroy's Bio
Through high school and college, the only job I had ever worked was in the construction industry; Industrial and commercial HVAC to be exact. While in my junior year at The University of Cincinnati, I decided that a career in construction was the route I wanted to take. Being part of a project and watching it develop over time to the finished product is very satisfying for me. I enjoy being a part of something that you can watch develop right in front of you. After graduating from UC with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, CCG brought me on as a full time field supervisor. I’ve learned more about construction and construction management in the two years with CCG than I ever thought possible. Everyone at CCG has been absolutely fantastic to work with and I look forward to growing with and being a part of the CCG family for years to come.
