Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a complete interior renovation of 42,000 square feet of Executive office space requiring all new mechanical systems and finishes indicative of a Fortune 500 firm. The design of this space utilized walnut paneling in Deloitte’s reception and boardroom with walnut pivot doors throughout accented by various styles of carpet including a stone border in the elevator lobbies.
LANDCO worked closely and diligently with the project team throughout the entire course of the project to assure that Deloitte’s goals of maintaining the budget and schedule were met. The work was completed on time with phased construction cost approvals and an accelerated schedule, all while addressing the challenges of coordinating with an out-of-state design and management team.
