Scope Of Work
The Biogenerator space is a 4,000 SF new office buildout on the Center for Emerging Technology ( CET ) campus. Biogenerator is an incubator for various businesses in the biology, medical and technology fields. Some of the unique features LANDCO constructed in this space consisted of stained polished concrete floors, radius curved full-height walls, bold painted accent walls in colors of orange and apple green, and exposed wood joist and wood ceiling deck.
Other features included exposing the original brick walls at the perimeter of the building and adding an operable wood-clad garage door with glass vision panels, which provided access to the outside campus. Decorative acoustic ceiling panels were added in the open office areas, while a drop-down drywall ceiling feature with rectangular LED down lights was incorporated in the main large conference room.
