Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a complete interior renovation of 31,000 square feet of office space requiring all new mechanical systems and finishes indicative of a “Top 100 Giant of Interior Design” firm. The design of this space utilized an “open” ceiling layout, and environmentally responsible finishes throughout that incorporated cantilevered ceilings, glass, FSC wood, and accent colors to create a “clean” look. The combination of these elements won a Gold MADA (Midwest America Design Award) for Sustainable Design in addition to a LEED CI “Silver” certification by the USGBC. LANDCO worked closely and diligently with the project team throughout the entire course of the project to assure that the goals of maintaining the budget and schedule were met. The work was completed on time, within budget.
