Scope Of Work
Sequoia has been awarded several projects at Butterfield Country Club. This particular project included the construction of one large pub area, two service rooms, one private wine room, and a two tier patio.
A luxurious feature of the Pub and Patio is the operable folding doors used at the exterior of the pub to allow a beautiful flow of fresh air during the summertime and allow guests to easily transition from the pub to the patio.
Another highlight feature is the live wall plant system that was installed on exterior wall for aesthetics during the summertime.
