Scope Of Work
This building was previously a dry cleaners on the corner of Jefferson St. and Main St. in downtown Naperville. The owner wanted to demolish and replace the existing building. This turned out to be an incredibly complex project because of necessary soil remediation, demolition with a shared common wall, cantilever footings, and extreme winter weather conditions.
Sequoia was also awarded the projects of Filson’s and Cinnaholics, which are the new tenants of the 41 W. Jefferson building.
