Scope Of Work

This project was not a typical commercial tenant improvement. The main branch, which has the largest volume of customers of any of their branches, was divided in half with a demising sound wall and while one side of the bank was open for business, the other side was completely demolished and rebuilt. The logistics and coordination between the bank, their customers, and our construction team was extremely challenging and required very frequent communication. After this phase was completed, the bank moved operations to the completed area and we started work on the second phase. In addition, we concurrently built exterior façades, entrances, and lobbies as added phases of work while completing the interior improvements.

The previous finishes were from the 1970s and dated. All interior finishes were removed and contemporary finishes were done throughout, including stone countertops, high efficiency modern lighting, beautiful ceramic tile flooring and carpeting, and custom woodwork. Numerous customers approached both us and bank employees at the completion of the project saying that they loved the upgrades and did not even recognize the space compared to the old bank. The result is an amazing work space and crown jewel representing the bank and entire design and construction team.
