Scope Of Work
Under a ID/IQ Multiple Award Construction Contract with the Albuquerque Indian Health Service Region, Arrowhead was awarded a $1.2M fixed-price design-build Task Order to perform the construction and renovation upgrade at the Zuni Dental Clinic located within the Zuni Indian Hospital, Zuni, New Mexico.
The Zuni Dental Clinic is a federally-owned healthcare facility that operates in conjunction with the Zuni Public Health Service Indian Hospital. The clinic provides a full scope of dental services for the community as well as a base for multiple outreach programs. This project required renovation of the existing facility in order to upgrade the quality and quantity of services provided new operatories and support systems were constructed that allowed for a greater variety of services, while making the layout more efficient. Architectural features were configured to provide more patient privacy, as well as a greater volume of patients. Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems were improved. The quality of procedures and quantity of patients was increased through the modifications of both the dental equipment and the improved building performance.
