Scope Of Work
Longtime client, Casual Male Retail Group, relied on DeMartino to build their boutique shop on the famed Miracle Mile in Manhasset, Long Island. Construction required: fabrication and erection of structural steel, framed faux skylights; refurbishment of mechanical systems; and installation of hardwood flooring, custom oak millwork, layered soffits and new MEP services to support a full tailor’s workshop.
