Scope Of Work
Infinity is serving as a Construction Manager at Risk to build a waterfront new luxury 25-unit condominium development on the Lake Erie shoreline at 700 Lake Avenue. This 5-story, 69-403-sf structure features 49 subterranean parking spaces. The finishes include ceramic tiles, doors, and hardwood flooring designed and fabricated in Italy. The building is focused on sustainability including a community garden with an edible landscape, electric car charging stations, preserved open spaces, recycling and composting programs, and a special emphasis on natural, biophilic designs with plenty of green space.
