Scope Of Work
The 30, two-story buildings in this gated garden apartment community are designed so each building contains only one size unit -- either one-, two-, or three-bedrooms. This stacking design simplifies the design and construction processes, and reduces costs. All apartments include 10-foot ceilings, balconies or patios, and high-end appliances. The community includes a pool, dog park, barbeque areas, and fitness center.
