Scope Of Work
Repair of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Wall Cladding Facade Renovation – Three Story Class-A Office Building - 50,000 sf. EIFS repairs at exterior building facade, parapet walls, and roof mounted mechanical equipment screens. Complete power wash of the building facade and roof top equipment screens prior to EIFS repairs, Sto GraniTex repairs, Clear Coat sealing of the Sto GraniTex, and Sto priming and painting of building facade & rooftop equipment screens and parapet walls. Spot re-caulking along the entire footprint of Building A(1).
