Scope Of Work

This Alzheimer’s/memory care and assisted living residence has 84 large private and semi-private suites for a total of 112 beds, private bathrooms and walk-in showers, activity stations, outdoor walking paths and sensory gardens. The four-story facility spans 74,000 square feet and provides a host of amenities to improve the well-being of residents. The floor designated for memory care residents will feature an enclosed courtyard and tall circular hallways that allow residents to safely explore their surroundings.

Ari Weinberger, President of Community Retirement Living (CRL) Senior Living Communities, and Kathy O'Hara, Associate Activities Director, work out with residents at North Grove Manor in Morton Grove, IL  "Our goal is to provide luxury independent living and a quality therapeutic environment for people with Alzheimer's and memory impairment," Ari explains.  "These regular half-hour exercise classes with music keep the blood flowing, joints flexible and help with balance... and they're just plain fun.  Afterward, everyone gets treated to a fruit smoothie."
