Listed on The National Register of Historic Places, C.A. Lawton Co. general machine and found shop of 1880, the original foundry has an Astylistic Utilitarian industrial design. In 1992, the building was converted into a 70-unit apartment / townhouse facility. Located near the Fox River and in the middle of downtown; shops, dining, parks, trails, and churches are nearby.
