Project Details
Alterations for a process building located at 1805 Pierce Avenue, Marinette, Wisconsin.
Interior work includes a 3,455 square foot retrofit of the layout, constructing additional offices and a break room and installing an accessible wheelchair lift.
Exterior work includes demoing attached metal building with foundation, install handicap accessible parking and construct a new concrete ramp with guardrails.
Construction was completed in 5 weeks.
