Scope Of Work
This 63,840 square foot addition houses the Resch Olympic Ice Center and Bellin Health.
This center includes a State of the Art Olympic size ice rink with other amenities such as an elevated running track, concrete stadium style seating, locker facilities, entertainment center and a fitness center operated by Bellin Heath.
Smet Advantage
The Cornerstone Community Center marks one of Smet’s largest community minded projects. Smet navigated the very complicated and specific minded project through the entire construction phase successful. Features include an Olympic size ice hockey rink, concrete stadium seating, and a running track suspended above it all.
