Scope Of Work
Smet was asked to assist Leadership Green Bay to design and build the Bay Beach Train Depot.
The depot was modeled after the historical train depot in Green Bay.
The project was constructed completely through donations and turned over to the City of Green Bay after completion.
Smet Advantage
The Train Depot at Bay Beach marks another community minded project where Smet steps in and assist charities or notable causes in their building endeavors. In this case, it was our first project assisting Leadership Green Bay. Offering our services makes all the difference to an organization allowing them to stay focused on fundraising, their day to day business activities, etc. Smet assisted with fundraising for this project asking our subcontractors to step up and help out, and they did in a big way!
