Scope Of Work
Tri-North provided design-build services for this new ground-up clinic which significantly expands the space and services provided from the previous clinic. The state-of-the-art new facility features natural stone, cement board siding, and wood Glulam exteriors with wood and natural stone elements carried into the interior. The innovative new patient-centric design separates the front of the clinic from the back which allows the team to work in closer proximity and in private spaces , thereby promoting better team communications and efficiency.
The 15 exam rooms are dual access, allowing providers to enter from a separate door that is connected to the team’s private area. There are also two treatment rooms, one x-ray room, and a lab designed into the project. The clinic provides primary care, medical imaging, and laboratory systems. As part of the patient-centric design, the clinic was designed to offer minimal wait times for patients.
