Scope Of Work
The Napleton Group selected Peter Schwabe, Inc. to revamp their Wisconsin Lexus dealerships as part of the 2020 Lexus Facility Image Program. The project included a major face lift of Napleton's Lexus dealership in Milwaukee.
Because this was a live remodel and the showroom needed to be kept operational, Peter Schwabe, Inc. developed a compressed construction schedule to limit the impact a large remodel would have on operations.
Peter Schwabe, Inc. is no stranger to live remodels. Our team is diligent about dust control and keeping the showroom in pristine condition throughout the construction project.
A second part of the dealership remodels consisted of renovations to the Napleton Group's 24,000 square foot service facility. Peter Schwabe, Inc. also completed the remodel of Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield.
