Scope Of Work
After helping with preliminary budgeting, Peter Schwabe, Inc. was brought in to join the construction team as the general contractor and convert an existing tenant space in the Willow Festival Shopping Center. The restaurant and brewery includes a dining area with intricate details and a variety of finishes including wood, stone, copper, tile and glass. In addition, the build-out included a brewery, bar, and outdoor seating.
