Scope Of Work
Korsmo’s work to renovate and rebrand the Woodland District office buildings includes the shell and core renovation of the 76,000 square foot Plaza Building and the 135,000 square foot Quad Building.
The project includes the removal and replacement of the commons space glass atrium, expanded lobby spaces, new mechanical and electrical systems, new entry canopies, site hardscapes, landscaping and site amenities.
