Scope Of Work

Rogers Behavioral Health was a 10,516 SF tenant improvement project that included demolition to a warm shell condition with the exception of  the core restrooms. The new layout involved all new offices, conference rooms, break rooms and reception area. This project also included all new rated doors at all corridors, carpet, paint with custom wall coverings and ACT ceilings, with a casework package that included a custom reception desk with a specialty glass feature, custom break room cabinets with solid surface countertops, specialty linear wood wall & ceiling features throughout and extensive upgrades to the exiting mechanical system to support the new layout.
