Scope Of Work
University Orchard at Salisbury is a stone-accented, wood-framed privatized student housing community comprised of eight three-story buildings totaling 204 units. The project houses 648 University of Salisbury students within a mix of two- and four-bedroom furnished apartments. University Orchard features amenities such as a gym, study areas, pool and spa, outdoor fire pit, basketball court, and walking trails throughout the community.
