Scope Of Work
Rosemary Ridge Apartments - Phase II is a 184-unit market-rate community located in Manassas, Virginia. CRC developed this project; CBG performed the construction, which completed in 2007. The garden-style community includes three- and four-story wood-framed buildings with brick and vinyl siding exteriors. Some units feature vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. Community amenities include 34 detached garages and a 4,000 SF clubhouse with pool and tot lot.
