Scope Of Work

Landmark College Park is a privatized student housing community in College Park, Maryland, directly across from the University of Maryland’s main entrance. The six-story building consists of 276 units accommodating more than 800 students, a two-level cast-in-place parking garage, and approximately 14,000 SF of leasable retail space on the ground floor. The ® Gold certified property features amenities such as a fitness room, yoga studio, media room, tanning salon, multiple study areas, and three outdoor courtyards. The community’s exterior façade incorporates modern architectural design with masonry, metal panel, fiber cement panels, and aluminum windows.
