Scope Of Work
This award winning project was a complete interior and exterior renovation and expansion of a two-story, 16,257-square-foot office building located on Woodlands Parkway in The Woodlands, Texas. This modern, open concept headquarters for The Signorelli Company included a Bendheim channel glass system sourced from Italy. The project involved removing the entire front facade of the building, expanding the building out an additional 10 feet then replacing the front facade before completing the interior buildout. Designed by Identity Architects, the building also features more than 4,000 square feet of green indoor and outdoor space.
