Architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design. New wood framed multi-purpose community center. Pre-engineered roof trusses, 5/8” sheetrock, fire walls, acoustical ceiling, warming kitchen, ADA restrooms, hardi siding with stucco accents and brick exterior.
