Scope Of Work
This project consists of construction of a single story, wood frame structure of approximately 9,000 square feet, with CMU interior walls and stucco exterior. Structure is slab on grade with pre-fabricated wood trusses and includes two enclosed vehicle loading and processing areas. Site work comprised of utility connections, paved drive and sidewalks.
