Scope Of Work
Sherman Construction provided construction services for a new construction wood frame, garden style apartment home project. A total of 144 units were delivered as a mix of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR types. The site layout included a total of 5 buildings, plus the leasing office/clubhouse and other amenities situated within approximately 8.5 Acres. This project combined both HUD and Market apartments.
