Scope Of Work
Sherman Construction was proud to be selected by Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands for its facility at the intersection of US-25 (Augusta Road) and Sandy Springs Road in Piedmont/Moonville. The new location includes a retail store, donation center, and Goodwill Job Connection. Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina helps people become independent through education and training leading to employment. The Moonville location will represent Goodwill’s 10th store location and 8th Goodwill Job Connection in Greenville County. The building is 19,500 sf, constructed with steel frame and load bearing masonry. It’s a versatile building that incorporates retail aspects as well as office and group workspace.
