Scope Of Work
Sherman Construction provided Anderson District Two with construction services to construct a 10,500 sf PEMB Athletic Practice and Workout Facility. Exterior walls constructed of 8” masonry block and brick veneer and standing seam metal roof. Relocate all existing utilities that conflict with the new construction, including fire protection, sewer, electrical service and site drainage system. Construct a new concrete fire lane access. Interior flooring to be a combination of weight room padding, rubber athletic weight room flooring and interior practice turf.
