Scope Of Work
Upon completion of the V-Fitness Center located at 360 Concord Street, the owners decided to renovate suites 101 and 102 which were both used as temporary office space during the fitness center renovation project. Suite 101 is now the home of the VIRIDITAS Rejuvenation Center and VINYASA Yoga Center is now located in suite 102.
Both suites were transformed in to state of the art health and fitness facilities specializing in rejuvenation and yoga. This transformation included x-ray testing to allow safe core drilling for the necessary new penetrations in the elevated, pre-stressed 8? concrete slab. Unique interior finishes were used throughout, including hanging translucent partitions, bamboo and cork flooring material and Lazure wall painting by international artist John Stolfo, resulting in the distinct finished environment that the owner desired.
The design for both suites was able to evolve throughout the project duration while staying within the original construction budget.
