Scope Of Work

This free standing, newly constructed medical office is located on Charlie Hall Blvd. in West Ashley. The practice specializes in the diagnoses and treatment in a variety of respiratory and skin diseases. To accomodate the type of work being performed, specialized laboratory facilities were built. A two hour fire rating was applied to all of the interior walls, as well as the exam rooms and reception area. Additionally, custom fire doors were installed in all examination rooms. Chastain Construction also encouraged a second floor mezzanine to be added to the architect's plans in order to provide additional storage and working space.
