Scope Of Work
Richland County School District Two retained Contract Construction to renovate Spring Valley High School as well as construct one-three story additions totaling 267,000 sq. ft. Renovations included the demolition of older portions of the school. The new construction was phased, and replaced all portions of the existing school with the exception of the gymnasium, fine arts building and science wing, which have been extensively renovated.
