Scope Of Work
New construction of a 3 story, 38,000 SF senior living apartments. Each floor has 2 wings with 10 apartments in each for a total of 60. Each wing includes a parlor with computer station, living room with electric fireplace, sun room, dining room, warming kitchen and a laundry room. The second floor also includes an exercise room for tenant use. On the exterior of the building there is a covered drop off area along with a small asphalt parking lot.
